After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I spent ten years in Durango, Colorado as a Certified Ski Instructor and Realtor and enjoyed all the outdoor pursuits such as fly fishing, mountain biking, sailing and hiking the San Juan mountains.
In 1985 I moved to Arizona and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for over 35 years in the Phoenix metro area. During this time I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Real estate markets with low interest rates, high interest rates, over-building, bank failures, subdivisions that never were, recovery, resurgence, easy money, boom and bust, high inventory and now historically low interest rates. But through it all “Phoenix is still rising.”
Being a Realtor has given me the opportunity to meet all types of interesting people and to see the most amazing homes; from barrios to mansions which all make up the fabric of our community. My extensive travels enhance my ability to instantly relate to all of my clients, no matter where they hail from and no matter what their background.
I often tell people, “New tools and methods are being developed every year which give real estate agents superpowers to serve their clients. Our 72Sold way of selling a home is one of those tools: its ground-breaking, cutting-edge and people are loving it."
